THE FESTIVAL
21 - 24 April 2022

The Bridge Festival is a four-day extravaganza of vibrant, dynamic, attention-grabbing, thought-provoking live music across the corners of Glasgow.

The Bridge Festival promises a glittering collaboration, an epic concert, late-night happenings, cosy cafe gigs, music in the street - and more. Music for strings collides with dancing, music from other cultures in beloved gig venues, intimate club spots, warehouses and on Glasgow’s pavements.

The Bridge Festival wants to make you think twice about classical music. To get you excited about music from across Europe, written 300 years ago or today. To get you questioning what you like, love and loathe. To get you thinking about what music can do for us all.

The Bridge Festival is brought to you by Scottish Ensemble (UK), Ensemble Resonanz (Germany), Trondheim Soloists (Norway) and PLMF Music Trust (Estonia): quite simply, some of Europe’s best string players and most boundary-pushing groups.
